We are a group of passionate Executive Housekeepers. As hoteliers, we love what we do and believe that our love and passion for housekeeping in the industry is more than anything else. Housekeeping is the most important foundation of hotel operations, we create amazing experiences for guests and contribute to the success of the hospitality industry. Although sometimes housekeepers might not seem to be visible to guests, we provide the most vital part of the guest experience in their rooms.

Housekeepers work hard! It’s important we take the time to recognise and appreciate how much effort everyone puts in to keep our hotel clients achieving their goals.

Founding Australia Infinity Hospitality Solutions gives us the opportunity to explore more about housekeeping and the individual, after all, housekeeping is NOT just cleaning rooms. It’s about individuals who are part of the team. Who work together not only as a team but as a family unit.

We not only believe in building Strong, Vibrant, Amazing Individuals within our housekeeping team, but also we believe in creating experience and education for individuals, by developing cross-training within, upskill programmes so the team can grow and progress in their careers.

It is fascinating how Housekeepers work in the industry. Sometimes hard work may come with a little appreciation. Working in housekeeping is not only physically labouring but can be mentally challenging. There is a saying about housekeeping (blood, sweat, and tears) literally. By promoting a culture built on respect, doing things the right way, and the belief that all work is honourable, we acknowledge the dignity of those who perform that work. Building on this belief is key to the success of our clients and the well-being of our workforce.
